This policy explains what information Automate Karobar (“we”, “us”) collects when you use automatekarobar.online or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call, request a demo, or message us, we collect your name, contact details (phone, WhatsApp number, email), your business name and type, and whatever you tell us about your workflow.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page — through server logs and analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule or hold a call
• To prepare and send a personalised demo or proposal
• To deliver and support the services you engage us for
• To send you service-related messages about your project
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To meet legal or accounting obligations

We do not use your information for advertising and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

3. WhatsApp and messaging

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are delivered and processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We keep the content of those conversations so we can respond, prepare your demo or proposal, and support your project.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies: essential ones that make the site work, and analytics cookies that help us see which pages are useful. We use Google Analytics for this; you can opt out through your browser settings or a browser extension. Blocking cookies will not stop the site working, though some parts may be less convenient.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — website hosting, analytics, and scheduling tools — and only to the extent they need it.
• Authorities where we are required to by law.

6. Working on your systems

During a project you may give us access to your own tools and accounts (for example WhatsApp, Google Sheets, your CRM or accounting software). We access only what a workflow needs, act on your instructions, and remove our access when the work is complete or you ask us to. The data inside those tools remains yours.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we are working with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact for support, records and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see section 8.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, contact us at info@automatekarobar.online. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and secure connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can see it.

10. Other websites

Our site may link to other websites. This policy does not cover those sites; please read their own privacy policies.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
