These terms apply when you use automatekarobar.online. By using the site you accept them. Work we do for clients is also governed by the written proposal we agree with you, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

1. Who we are

Automate Karobar provides business automation setup and support services and operates in Pakistan.

2. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

3. Information on the site

The content on this site, including service descriptions, examples and any figures, is for general information. It is not a binding offer and does not guarantee a particular result for your business. Example projects and demo videos describe the kind of work we do; your outcome will depend on your own situation.

4. Quotes and starting work

After the audit we send a written proposal setting out the scope, timeline and price. Work begins once you accept that proposal and pay any agreed deposit. Changes to scope after that are agreed in writing and may affect the price and timeline.

5. The free audit and demo

The audit call and any personalised demo are provided free and with no obligation on either side. They are given “as is” for your evaluation and do not create a contract for services.

6. Third-party tools

Our work connects tools you already use, such as WhatsApp, Google Workspace, CRM or accounting software. You are responsible for your own accounts with those providers and for complying with their terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes or policy decisions by those third parties, though we will help you adapt if they affect your automations.

7. Payment

Fees, payment schedule and any monthly support charges are set out in your proposal or invoice. Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date. We may pause support if payment is significantly overdue.

8. Intellectual property

The design and content of this website belong to Automate Karobar. The automations, configurations and documentation we build for you as part of a paid project are yours on full payment, as described in your proposal. Any general tools, templates or methods we use across clients remain ours.

9. Warranties and liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give other warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of the site or the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us for the work the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Links to other sites

This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
