Most small-business time drains fall into these four areas. We automate them one at a time, starting with whichever is costing you the most.

In detail

What we automate, and what changes

01 · Lead & customer follow-up

Never let a lead go cold

  • Auto-reply to every enquiry from WhatsApp, forms or calls
  • Timed follow-up messages that stop the moment someone replies
  • New leads logged straight into your CRM or sheet
  • Reminders for the follow-ups that still need a human

Result: every enquiry gets a fast first response, even after hours.

02 · Order & invoice processing

From order to paid, hands-free

  • Orders captured from WhatsApp or forms into one list
  • Invoices generated and sent automatically
  • Payment reminders on a schedule until marked paid
  • Your ledger or accounting tool updated in step

Result: hours of daily data entry removed; fewer missed invoices.

03 · Reporting & dashboards

Know your numbers without the spreadsheet

  • Sales, payments and stock pulled from your tools into one view
  • A morning summary in your inbox or on WhatsApp
  • Weekly and monthly reports built and sent on their own
  • Alerts when a number moves outside the normal range

Result: decisions based on today’s numbers, not last month’s.

04 · Team & task workflows

Onboarding and approvals that keep moving

  • New-client and new-staff onboarding steps triggered automatically
  • Approval requests routed to the right person with reminders
  • Recurring task checklists created on schedule
  • Nothing waiting on someone to “remember”

Result: routine internal work runs without chasing.

Step 1

Audit

We do: Sit with you and map how work flows today — where the time goes and what it costs.

You do: Walk us through a normal week. No prep needed.

You get: A written map of your workflow and a shortlist of what’s worth automating.

Takes about a week

Step 2

Design

We do: Design the automation around the tools you already use, and agree the scope and price.

You do: Review the plan and confirm the priorities.

You get: A clear blueprint and a fixed quote — no surprises later.

Step 3

Build

We do: Build it, test it with your real data, and train your team to use it.

You do: Give us access to the tools involved and try it with us.

You get: A live, working system your team knows how to run.

Two to four weeks, depending on scope

Step 4

Support

We do: Monitor it, fix anything that breaks, and improve it as your business changes.

You do: Tell us when something changes or you want more automated.

You get: A system that keeps working — and a person who knows your setup.

Ongoing, optional monthly plan

Common questions

Before you book

How much of my time does this take?

A couple of hours for the audit, a short review of the plan, and some testing during the build. We do the heavy lifting.

Do I have to change my tools?

No. We automate around WhatsApp, Sheets and whatever you use now. We’ll only suggest a change if it clearly saves you money.

What happens if something breaks?

On a monthly support plan we monitor your automations and fix issues, usually before you notice. Without a plan, we fix on request at an hourly rate.
